With over 14 years experience as an HVAC technician and plumber, Jerrod can fix just about anything. He actually owns and operates Fingalson Heating and Cooling with another fella (this is our side action). So, yes, he can work on or install your “insert boiler brand”, and look at your furnace while he’s there. He can even hook your wood boiler up to your water heater! He has his master license for Industrial/Commercial/Residential  Heating, Venting, Refrigeration, Geo Thermal, Gas Piping and Hydronics. So, yeah, he’s got this.

So, where are you located? Where’s Rochert, MN?

Good question! North of Detroit Lakes about 15 miles, near Tamarac Wildlife Refuge (which is worth the trip in itself). And we pronounce it “Raw-Ch-Ert” We’re not fancy, like the Ferrero Rocher chocolates… they’re fancy and delicious.

Alright, I totally want to buy a WoodMaster boiler from you! What’s next?

First off, congratulations! You just made an excellent decision! The first step is to give Jerrod a call so we can get some basic information. Then we will send out a signed price quote. We ask that you return it with a half down on your stove. Since these boilers are built to order, construction will not begin until we get that deposit. After we get half down, you should expect your boiler to be ready in 2-3 weeks. Patience, Augustus. You can’t rush these things. Once it’s ready, you can either pick it up at our location or we can deliver it. Delivery fees are based on millage and whether or not you can unload it yourself. Once it’s all hooked up, we ask that you send us a picture of your new toy.  We want to always remember her!

After doing business with Burn Hard Wood Boilers, I am terribly dissatisfied and disappointed with you… now what?

First off, are you sure? Are you sure you’re not just having a bad day? Okay, you’re upset… before you go spouting off on social media, give us a chance to fix it. Glad you asked! That’s our beloved Mr. Bernard whom our business is named after (we lovingly referred to him as Mr. Burnhard). He was strong, dependable and lived well past his breed’s expectancy. He passed away a week before his 13th birthday, but lives on in our hearts. We couldn’t dream of a better mascot for this venture.
